Guidelines for the presentation of your contribution

• Presentation of a Lecture:
  • Presentation as PowerPoint or PDF, preferably in 16:9 format.
  • The presentation language is English. 
  • The duration of a presentation is 20 minutes (including questions and answers).
  • Please bring your presentation on a USB flash drive. You may not use your own equipment for your presentation.
• Presentation of a Poster:
  • Please create your poster in portrait format, size DIN A0.
• Additional information for on-site participation:
  • Please bring your poster printed in A0 format to the event. 
• Presentation of a Poster Flash-Talk:
  • Please prepare your short presentation on your poster according to the guidelines for presenting a Lecture. The time for a Poster Flash Talk presentation is 3 minutes (without subsequent discussion round).
  • In addition, please refer to the guidelines for presenting a Poster.
