Individual registration is required for each participant. Accompanying persons (wife/husband/partner/child) are excluded from participation in the scientific programme.

If fees are paid in advance but later than 3 weeks before the start of the event, we kindly ask participants to provide proof of payment when claiming their tickets and conference documents at the conference desk. Credit cards (Amex, Mastercard, VISA) will be accepted.

Written cancellations received up to 6 weeks before the start of the event will be refunded minus a processing fee of 25,- Euro. After this date, the full invoice amount must be paid and requests for refunds will no longer be accepted. However, the registration can be transferred to another member of your organisation. In this case, please send a corresponding message to the GDCh, Event Team.

If the conference is cancelled, for whatever reason, paid fees will be refunded. Any further recourse is excluded.

All tickets and conference documents will be handed out to the participants at the registration desk during check-in. Participants are requested to wear their congress badges at all times for identification and admittance to the conference rooms.
